Prismal.io Terms of Service
1. Subscription Services: Prismal.io operates on a subscription model providing unlimited design requests with a turnaround time of up to 48 hours. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be paused or canceled at any time by the user. 'Unlimited brands' means brands that 1 client owns. Each client needs a separate plan for their needs, this is outlined here to avoid abuse.
2. Scope of Work: Subscribers may submit design requests that fall within the realm of digital design, branding, and marketing collateral. Any design related requests are ok :)
3. Design Requests:Each design request will be tackled sequentially unless otherwise stated in your subscription plan. The 'standard' plan includes one active request at a time, while the 'premium' plan allows for two requests.The request tickets must be broken out into 1 task per card and clear and sufficient explanation for the task provided, along with any inspiration, brand assets or references.
4. Revisions: Prismal.io offers revisions to ensure client satisfaction. The revision amount is unlimited, as the design request cannot be marked as completed until that card is finished.
5. Turnaround Time:Design tasks are typically turned around within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Complex tasks may require additional time, or need to be broken out into smaller task design cards, which will be communicated accordingly.
6. Licensing and Intellectual Property:The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided for the design, including fonts, images, and other materials, is appropriately licensed for use. Prismal.io will not be held liable for any licensing infringements of materials provided by the client.
7. Third-Party Assets:Any third-party assets required for a project, such as premium fonts or stock images or video not covered by Prismal.io’s resources, will be charged to the client at cost. This will always be communicated up front and the client will be aware of this prior to proceeding with that typeface.
8. Cancellation Policy:Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time; however, any design work in progress must be completed and delivered before the cessation of the subscription term.
9. Refund Policy:Prismal.io does not offer refunds on subscription services under any circumstances. Project quality is conveyed upfront, this is a buy it as you see it product that doesn't warrant refund as you can pause or cancel at any time.
10. Modifications to Terms: Prismal.io reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
